WHAT'S INCLUDED

Your 60-minute consultation allows you to understand how you will be benefited by our services

We undertake a 60-minute postural assessment for each client to recognize any existing muscle imbalances, pathology, and/or postural syndromes

Your personalized conditioning programs are a 4-step process which is Foundation, Stability, Strength, Cardio. They incorporate lists of corrective and functional exercises that benefit your daily activities while leading you to your goals.

Completely dependent on your needs, each session will have its own focus including physical training and health coaching

EXCERCISES FOR POSTURE

Exercises for posture may include core strengthening or subtle movements for realignment and are beneficial for most painful conditions and injuries including back pain, neck pain, shoulder dysfunction, osteoporosis, scoliosis, balance impairment and muscle imbalances.
